  • Do you ship to international locations?
    Yes. Simply checkout as usual and select your country as normal. All delivery options are displayed in the checkout process.
  • Is the shipping fee included in the price?
    If you live within Singapore, all fees are covered and you will not receive any additional fees to receive your package. If you live outside of Singapore, VAT and/or other fees for import and not included and may apply for the customer.
  • Where is my package?
    When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and, as soon as the shipment is created, an email with your tracking information. All our international orders are sent via FedEx and can be traced via their homepage, for domestic orders we use DHL. Please note that confirmation emails quite often end up in spam boxes.
  • What is the delivery time?
    Orders are usually shipped around 3 – 5 business days world wide.
  • My order hasn't arrived yet?
    While the vast majority of items do arrive on time, there are occasional postage delays, especially at this time of the year. Invariably domestic orders will turn up within a couple of days, but if after 10 working days your item hasn't arrived please email helpdesk@advancedtime.com. We will begin a loss in post claim, and issue you with either a refund or an exchange.
  • My credit card was declined?
    Our service provider requires certain fraud-prevention schemes from your service provider and will not be able to accept your credit card otherwise. The best way to process a purchase if your card got denied is to simply use PayPal. Please note that PayPal is much easier to utilize than it used to be.
  • What about the warranty?
    Warranty for our products is one year from date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover batteries and/or leather straps (as is practice in the watch industry). The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Advanced Time Pte. Ltd.
  • What if my watch stops working?
    If you suspect your item is faulty please return it to us at your earliest convenience. Our returns address is as follows:
