PAYMENT

All payments are handled by either Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. GST is included for orders within Singapore. GST and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside Singapore.

ORDERS

If your new item is not 100% to your satisfaction, you have 14 days from date of purchase to return it. For international returns, please be aware that any return shipping duties/taxes charged to Advanced Time Pte. Ltd will be deducted from the refunded amount. We are unable to accept any international returns from South Africa.  Unfortunately sales items are final and not available for return.

Note:  Per Casio's policy, G-Shock watches are not eligible for International Shipping.  Any international order containing a G-Shock watch will unfortunately be cancelled and all monies refunded.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes or coupon codes cannot be combined with our "Make an Offer" feature or cart-level promotions. Discount codes are limited to one per order. Some coupon codes are valid for one-time use only. G-Shock and Casio watches are excluded from all discount codes. 

We hope you understand that a new watch can only be returned if it has never been worn or used. It is impossible to wear a watch, even for a short time and not get it blemished in some way. Resized or modified watches with links removed will not be eligible for returns.

*Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any watches we no longer carry on our site.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING METHODS

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days of verification, though this may vary according to public holidays and/or other factors.

Please note also that during common shopping holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas almost always comes with shipping delays, please ensure to place your orders in good time.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.

CANCELLATIONS

Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
